BIM-5005 is a high-precision modular constant-current LED driver module developed by Brolight, designed for medium- and high-power LED light sources, laser light sources, and optical inspection equipment. It delivers a continuously adjustable 0–3 A constant-current output, and a 3½-digit high-precision display shows the output current in real time. The adjustment resolution is 1 mA and the current accuracy is ±1%, enabling stable driving of standard single-LED loads. It pairs directly with the Brolight BIM-6215 series light sources.
The unit features an efficient thermal design and is powered from 12 VDC. A power switch and a precision adjustment knob are integrated on the chassis. Compact and easy to mount on a rack, it is suitable for applications with demanding current-stability requirements, such as precision light-source driving, electrical experiments, and optical alignment and testing.
