The BEX-8508C is a Hall effect experimental apparatus that includes both P-type and N-type semiconductor components. It integrates all necessary components for the experiments, including: Electromagnetic field coil Assembly, a set of N-type and P-type Hall components, switching, circuit boards, and cabling. Its fully transparent base provides clear visibility of connections and facilitates component replacement. The experimental process is completely open, with modular power supply unit, switching, electromagnetic coil, and Hall device allowing for flexible configuration and combination. Furthermore, it includes data interfaces for key electrical parameters, enabling efficient digital measurement and analysis.

  • Equipped with both P-type and N-type silicon-based semiconductor Hall components

  • Experiments for both P-type and N-type Hall components can be performed by switching a double-throw switch.

  • Fully transparent mounting base design ensures visible wiring. The modular Hall component and switch components make the experimental process completely open.

  • Magnetic gap less than 5mm, providing a uniform magnetic field greater than 500 mT.
