Semiconductor Laser-optical Power Measurement

A company in Changzhou wants to measure the wavelength and power of semiconductor laser output at the same time. The laser wavelengths are 512nm, 532nm and 638nm, and the maximum laser power is 200nm.


Requirement analysis:

If the wavelength range is 512nm-638nm, select Brolight BIM-6001-01.


If wanting to measure the optical power of the semiconductor laser, use calibrated integrating sphere and optical power meter.


That is: customize the integrating sphere, the integrating sphere and the power meter calibrate the three laser wavelengths at the same time, and the integrating sphere is equipped with an SMA905 optical fiber adapter to connect the optical fiber spectrometer to achieve the purpose of simultaneous measurement of wavelength and optical power.
